OEA Advisory Committee
This committee is composed of representatives of organizations that partner with the OEA in its mission. Members meet periodically to advise on program design and execution, fundraising, and engagement in any and all activities sponsored by the Organization.
OEA Communications & Outreach Committee
The OEA Communications & Outreach Committee is responsible for developing the OEA’s communications plans, policies, and social media accounts, as well as online and print content.
OEA Development Committee
The OEA Development Committee develops and implements a comprehensive fundraising plan and recommends policies governing the solicitation and stewardship of donors.

The OEA Finance Committee is responsible for assisting the board in ensuring the organization is financially viable and meeting its fiduciary and compliance responsibilities.
OEA Governance Committee
Eleanor Horne, Chair
The OEA Governance Committee identifies, recruits, and evaluates, Board members and non-Board members of committees. They prepare the slate of officers and Board Members for election at the annual meeting of the Organization and develop a succession plan for each officer and committee leadership role. They can recommend modification to the Board’s bylaws as well as Board structure.

The OEA Programs Committee develops and implements activities provided to individuals, organizations, or communities in fulfillment of the mission of the Organization, on its own, or in collaboration with partners.
